Pip & Nut, needed a brilliant Field Sales Assistant. As a small organisation, they were looking for someone who could hit the ground running, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and fit seamlessly into their team culture.
We listened carefully to Pip & Nut’s needs and designed a bespoke assessment to identify candidates who were both values-aligned and equipped with the right behaviours and skills. To support the process, we supported the coordination of an assessment day to give Pip & Nut the chance to see candidates in action.
The shortlist of candidates was so strong that Pip & Nut decided not to hire just one, but two Field Sales Assistants. One of them being Emmanuel Nanang, a dedicated community member since September 2024. You might remember him taking the stage for the debate at our last Pollen Social if you attended.
