Creativity Meets Fandom

REPT is a boutique agency representing elite football talent — including some of the biggest names in women’s football. With just two founders and a small network of freelance support, they needed a way to maintain a high-spec social media presence without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

For their players, social isn’t a “nice to have” — it’s part of how they feel supported, represented, and valued. The challenge was finding someone who could deliver beautiful, professional content and genuinely care about the women’s game. Previous attempts had fallen into one of two traps: strong creative skills without real interest, or deep passion without the polish players expect.

Pollen partnered with REPT to place a part-time intern into the business — giving them access to high-potential talent while reducing the risk and liability of hiring in a tiny team.

We designed an assessment that tested both creative ability and cultural fit — from reacting to live fixtures and breaking news, to producing high-quality posts that reflected the brand and the players behind it.

This led to a placement who didn’t just support the business — they became part of the world they were helping to represent. They were even invited to the Women’s Football Awards — a moment they’d only ever dreamed of, and a sign of just how well the match landed for both sides.

How did you find your experience working with Pollen?

We'd been struggling to find the right candidate for a role within our team & working with Pollen has made that a whole lot easier. From support with job specs, to recommendations on fair levels of pay, the process was all seamless working with Sophie & the team. Really would recommend working with them.
