Empowering overlooked talent and proving what’s possible when potential is recognised.
Since Pollen launched in late 2023, we have been obsessed with building a working world where talent is recognised for what people can do, not where they have been, who they know, or how polished their CV is. A world where people who have been overlooked get the kind of shot that can change everything because someone finally saw what they could become.
Over the past two years, we have made that vision a reality. The results speak for themselves: 100 incredible people from our 10,000-strong community have been placed into roles with brilliant employers, proving what is possible when people are seen for what they can truly become.
Seeing this impact in action is what inspired us to create our 2025 impact report, and we are thrilled to finally share it with you.
